Brenna showing off the top of her new costume - don't you wish you had a "cheeser" like mine!

Brenna and Daddy together with her new costume
I'm not sure why Brenna had such a serious face here - she really did want to put her costume on and have her picture taken!
Hello All!!!
Hope all is well out there. I have had a busy last two days of sewing (and I think my sewing machine is revolting - it is crying to be oiled (I am way behind in doing that) and have all the pink glitter removed). I made Brenna a Tinkerbell costume for her costume party tomorrow at school - hopefully she will enjoy wearing it (she enjoyed showing it to her cousin Mikayla today, that was the longest she wore it all day). The fabric is adorable with the pink glitter hearts (wonder how long I will think it is adorable with all the glitter decorating my apartment).
Our weather here was fairly nice this weekend - a little misty rain this morning, but warmer and dry (and not buried in snow like our families in the US are!). We also made a trip to France for "supplies". I am amazed how expensive all my sewing supplies are in Europe! (but hopefully, I won't need to buy any more zippers for clothing or thread during the rest of our stay :-)
Well, I think that covers some of our highlights for the weekend!
Take Care!
